Role Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Solar Energy Advisor to join our team in South Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on helping homeowners and businesses understand, adopt, and benefit from solar energy solutions.

As a Solar Energy Advisor, you will guide customers through the complete journey — from initial consultation and energy assessment to proposal discussion, financing coordination, installation updates, and long-term relationship management. This role is highly consultative and requires strong communication, trust-building, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners, residential societies, and commercial customers regarding solar solutions  

• Understand customer electricity usage and recommend suitable solar systems  

• Explain savings, subsidy benefits, financing options, and long-term value clearly  

• Build strong customer relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups  

• Coordinate with internal sales, operations, and installation teams  

• Maintain accurate lead and customer records within CRM systems  

• Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets  

• Represent Bridgeway Power professionally during customer interactions and site visits  

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

• Experience in consultative sales, relationship management, or customer advisory roles  

• Ability to build trust and explain technical concepts in simple terms  

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing customer pipelines  

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment  

• Experience in solar, renewable energy, real estate, automobile sales, insurance, banking, or similar industries is a plus  

• Passion for sustainability and clean energy
