Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Sales Associate located in Kanpur. The Solar Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, educating them about solar energy solutions, and guiding them through the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site assessments, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships. The Solar Sales Associate will play a key role in driving sales growth, meeting targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and maintain client relationships
  • Knowledge of Solar Energy Systems and Renewable Energy trends, or a willingness to learn
  • Skills in Market Research and Lead Generation to identify potential customers
  • Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously within a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred
