1. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting prospective customers, and promoting our solar energy products and solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solar solutions, preparing quotations, and closing sales.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, ensuring smooth handover of projects, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role may also involve site visits, client meetings, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer relationship skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in field sales and business development
  • Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Willingness to work on-site and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the renewable energy or solar power industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
