Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee completion of projects (Rooftop and Ground Mounted)
- Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan
- Assess risks and establish contingency plans
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
- Work with of solar engineers and site teams
- Take daily task updates from site team and present in weekly and monthly format to the management
- Help with Project tracking tool, project management, net metering management tool and RMS tool
- Co-ordinate with vendors and labor during project management to ensure timely completion
- Understand process of laisioning with MSEDCL and prepare documents accordingly
- Perform any other administrative and office job if required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering/Diploma is a must)
- 1-3 years of experience in solar space
- Ability to think on feet
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
- Willingness to move to Nashik immediately
