Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune District for a Solar Project Manager. The Solar Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects. Key responsibilities include project coordination and management, supervising inspections, handling logistics, and ensuring timely delivery through effective expediting practices. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Solar Project Management and the ability to oversee projects from concept to completion
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor roles, with a focus on timely and efficient project completion
• Experience in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain project standards
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including material handling, transportation, and resource allocation
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in an onsite environment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field preferred
