We are looking for an experienced
Solar Project Manager (Rooftop Projects) to oversee the planning and execution of residential, commercial and industrial rooftop solar installations. The role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams and site engineers, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution- Plan and schedule 2030 rooftop solar projects at a time.
- Oversee project execution through site supervisors.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
- Track project progress and proactively mitigate risks.

Team Management- Manage and mentor site supervisors and INC teams.
- Scout, onboard, and train new INC teams on processes and safety.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion.
- Identify training needs quarterly to improve team productivity.
- Promote teamwork and effective communication on-site.

Budget & Cost Management- Track project budgets as per approved costing.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Coordinate with the finance team for invoices, payments, and cost tracking.
4.
Cross-Functional Coordination- Work closely with the Design team to ensure updated site drawings.
- Collaborate with Procurement for BOM validation, drawings, and vendor selection.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
(Master's degree or PMP Certification is an added advantage)
Proven experience as a Solar Project Manager, preferably handling rooftop solar projects
Solid understanding of solar PV systems, installation practices, and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, team management, and site coordination skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in fast-paced project environments
