We are seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy project management and a passion for sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage solar energy projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for solar installations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
• Manage procurement and vendor relationships for solar components and services.
• Oversee installation processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy) or related field.
• 9-11 years of experience in project management within the renewable energy sector, specifically solar projects.
• Strong understanding of solar technology and system design.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of project financing and budgeting for solar projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local and national regulations related to solar energy projects.
