Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month

We are looking for a Solar Project Manager to lead and manage rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects from project initiation through commissioning and final handover. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, resource management, client communication, contractor management, and ensuring successful project delivery within timelines and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in solar EPC project execution and be capable of managing multiple stakeholders, project schedules, site teams, vendors, and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of solar projects from planning to commissioning and handover.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely execution of project milestones.

• Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and project deliverables.

• Manage site teams, site supervisors, engineers, and contractors.

• Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Track project budgets, material requirements, and resource allocation.

• Review DPRs, progress reports, and project documentation.

• Coordinate procurement activities and material deliveries.

• Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.

• Conduct regular project review meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Support net metering, statutory approvals, and project closure activities wherever required.

Must-have Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in Solar Project Management, Solar EPC Execution, or Solar Project Coordination.

• Experience in rooftop and/or ground-mounted solar projects.

• Experience in managing project schedules, resources, contractors, and site teams.

• Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

• Ability to coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Experience in project planning, progress tracking, and reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Must be located in commutable distance to Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, industrial, or utility-scale solar projects.

• Experience in MW-scale solar projects.

• Knowledge of HT/LT systems and electrical equipment.

• Experience in government, private, CAPEX, or RESCO solar projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
