We are looking to connect with an experienced Solar Project Manager based in Maharashtra who brings strong expertise in solar EPC project execution, particularly in C&I rooftop projects. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on site execution and are keen to grow into ground-mounted solar projects as part of future expansion.

You will be responsible for end-to-end execution of rooftop solar EPC projects, ensuring smooth delivery from planning through commissioning. The role requires strong technical understanding, on-ground leadership, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in solar EPC project execution
• Strong hands-on experience in C&I rooftop solar projects(primary focus)
• Exposure to ground-mounted solar projects(good to have / future scope)
• Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning at site
• B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Currently based in Maharashtra
• Available to join immediately or within 30 days
  

• Lead execution of rooftop solar EPC projects end-to-end
• Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and site activities
• Oversee installation, electrical work, testing, and commissioning
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and technical standards
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Address site challenges proactively and manage risks
• Support smooth project handover after commissioning
