Dynamech Electropower Pvt Ltd has been established as a manufacturer of Conventional Distribution and Power Transformer. We have a legacy of more than 32 years. Our traditional business model is based on providing equipments that convert high Voltage into Low Voltage through our Transformers. With time, we kept on bringing in new certified products and improving on our quality, to provide the best to our valued clients. Not only this, but we also invested ourselves in diversifying our products. Hence, in addition to manufacturing of Conventional Power and Distribution Transformer, the company also started working in Solar Power Plant and Solar Water Pumping System. We believe that non conventional sources of energy is the future.
The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Setting the project scope, timelines and budget as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.
- Working closely with various stakeholders on project related matters.
- Overseeing all aspects of the management and operations of the project to ensure smooth execution.
- Analysing risks and mitigating these in order to ensure that the project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring the project is in compliance with internal guidelines as well as regulatory standards and requirements.
- Preparing and implementing project schedules and managing all aspects of project planning.
- Analysing and reporting on progress, performance and forecast on a regular basis.
- Managing a team of 50-100 people.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Utilities.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You have working knowledge of team work and hendling project
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
