Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Hubli, for a Solar Project Executive and Manager. The responsibilities of this role include overseeing project execution, coordinating and expediting tasks to meet timelines and budget, managing logistics and inspecting equipment to ensure compliance with quality standards. The role involves project planning, tracking progress, liaising with stakeholders, and addressing potential concerns to ensure the successful delivery of solar projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Expedited Management processes, including Expediting and work progress monitoring.
- Proven experience in Project Management and a track record of successful project delivery.
- Expertise in Inspection processes to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and materials handling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications or a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience in the solar or renewable energy industry will also be considered.
- Experience in renewable energy or solar project management is an advantage.
