Job Summary

The Solar Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of solar projects by coordinating schedules, teams, and project documentation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily project activities and timelines
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting
  • Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and clients
  • Track project progress and follow up on tasks
  • Maintain project documents, permits, and records
  • Assist with material coordination and site activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordination role
  • Experience in solar, renewable energy, or construction projects preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
