Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a Solar Panel Production Operator with hands-on experience in solar module manufacturing. Only candidates with prior experience in the solar industry and who can join immediately should apply
- Location: Palwal Plant
Experience: 13 Years (Solar Industry Mandatory)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate solar module production machines (Stringer, Layup, Laminator, EL Testing, Framing, Junction Box fixing, etc.)
- Perform tabbing & stringing process with accuracy
- Maintain daily production targets and quality standards
- Handle minor machine troubleshooting
- Reduce rejection and improve line efficiency
- Follow plant safety and SOP guidelines
- Maintain production and quality records
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in solar panel/module manufacturing (Mandatory)
- Experience on Stringer / Laminator / EL / Module Assembly Line
- ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical preferred)
- Must be ready to work in shifts.
Only Solar Industry experienced candidates will be considered
