Role (Paid Internship) Objective
To support the asset management team by remotely monitoring solar plant performance, identifying operational issues, coordinating with site teams and contractors, and ensuring optimal performance and availability of solar assets.

- Proper documentation and maintenance of asset monitoring data
Core Responsibilities
- Remotely monitor solar assets and track plant performance parameters
- Identify faults, alarms, and performance deviations and escalate to site teams
- Coordinate with site managers and O&M contractors to ensure timely issue resolution
- Analyze monitoring data to detect recurring faults and performance issues
- Support the Asset Manager in tracking KPIs and improving plant performance
- Assist in preparing monthly performance and operational reports
- Maintain monitoring logs and site inventory in the maintenance management system

Education
B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
Job Location: Jaipur
Internship Duration: 3-6 months (can be extended or converted to full-time role depending on performance)
