Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai requires a Technical Manager - Design & Engineering to lead and manage design and engineering projects in the field of renewable energy. Responsibilities include overseeing design processes, ensuring technical compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, coordinating project schedules, and providing effective technical support. The role also involves implementing research and development for innovative energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in analytical skills for assessing project requirements and solving technical challenges
• Experience in designing of solar plants and the ability to lead and coordinate team efforts effectively
• Strong expertise in technical support and Research and Development (R&D) within the energy domain
• Proven skills in project management to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outputs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical fields
• Knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy projects is highly preferred
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
