This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Installer, based in Mangalagiri. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing rooftop solar systems, ensuring they comply with safety and quality standards. Key tasks include assembling and setting up solar panels, electrical wiring, troubleshooting system issues, and conducting routine maintenance. You will also ensure proper alignment and secure mounting of all components, while collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.

• Technical knowledge of solar systems, electrical wiring, and photovoltaic (PV) installations
• Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, and safety protocols for solar installation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to work at heights and perform manual labor in outdoor environments
• Diploma or certification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training
• Previous experience in solar installation is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
