Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Solar Installation Technician. The technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining solar energy systems. Day-to-day tasks include assembling, wiring, and mounting solar panels, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role also includes customer interaction to address queries and ensure satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Proficient in cabling and hands-on installation of solar equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in an on-site environment
- Basic electrical understanding and knowledge of safety protocols
- Prior experience in solar installation or a similar technical field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in solar or electrical fields are preferred
