Job Title: Solar EPC Sales Executive Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: 2 to 3 Years Industry: Renewable Energy / Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 23 years of experience in Solar EPC sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals in the residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments. This role requires a deep understanding of solar energy solutions and strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar EPC sector.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and digital channels.
  • Meet potential clients to understand their energy needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams for site assessments and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 23 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy or EPC domain.
  • Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems and project execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales in renewable energy.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and policies related to solar energy in Gujarat.
