Primary title: Solar Project Manager (EPC)
A leader in the Renewable Energy sector focused on Solar EPC—delivering utility-scale and commercial & industrial grid-connected solar PV projects across India. We execute end-to-end projects from feasibility and engineering through procurement, on-site construction, commissioning and handover. This on-site role requires a results-driven project manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams and ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end on-site EPC execution for solar PV projects—mobilise teams, manage subcontractors and deliver milestones from civil works to commissioning.
- Own project schedule, cost control and cashflow management; drive schedule adherence using Primavera P6 / MS Project and produce timely progress reports.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement and supply-chain activities—validate BOQs, review drawings, and ensure material conformity and vendor performance.
- Implement and enforce QA/QC and HSE standards on site; conduct inspections, commissioning tests and performance acceptance testing.
- Manage client, consultant and utility interfaces (including DISCOMs/local authorities); resolve technical and commercial issues and administer change orders.
- Oversee commissioning, SCADA integration and project close-out—prepare handover documentation, test reports and as-built records.

Additional Qualifications: Proven track record delivering grid-connected solar EPC projects in India. Strong on-site leadership with demonstrated capability to manage contractors, enforce HSE, and drive commissioning. Willingness to be primarily on-site across project locations in India. Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent and prior experience managing utility-scale or large C&I PV projects is highly desirable.
