Solar/EPC Engineer (Global)

What you do

• Project delivery support for Digital Power products (Energy Storage Systems, Solar PV and Data Center solutions). This covers installation supervision, system commissioning and acceptance testing against technical specs.
• Technical troubleshooting during delivery and operation, including on-site issue resolution and root cause analysis.
• Subject Matter Expert for electrical and utility matters. They coordinate with customers, EPC partners and internal teams, and manage technical risks proactively.
• Training delivery. They plan and run technical training for customers, EPC partners and internal teams.
• Global travel for on-site support across regions and time zones.
• Inspections. They join customer and regulatory inspections from an engineering angle and help management respond to the findings.

Requirements

• A degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Power Systems, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, New Energy Science or a related field.
• Preferably hands-on experience with data center or solar power equipment, such as power distribution cabinets, UPS, precision air-con, rectifiers, module or blade power supplies, and solar inverters.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
