Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Solar Consultants. Freshers and candidates with relevant experience who are interested in the solar energy industry are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain solar energy solutions and system benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and support sales conversion.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits across Salem.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for project follow-ups.
• Maintain customer details and follow up on potential leads.

Eligibility Criteria

• BE in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) is mandatory.
• 6 months –2 year of experience in solar consultancy, solar sales, or a relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy systems is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer conversion.
• Must be willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
