About The Role
We're seeking soil and water conservation scientists to help evaluate AI systems trained on sustainable land and water management practices.

- Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
- Compensation: $30-55 /hour
- Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Review soil and water conservation scenarios used in AI training.
- Assess accuracy of content related to erosion control, watershed management, and soil health.
- Identify flawed assumptions or impractical recommendations.
- Provide structured feedback to improve scientific rigor and clarity.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in soil science, hydrology, or conservation planning.
- Strong understanding of soil processes, water systems, and conservation techniques.
- Able to evaluate applied environmental science reasoning.
- Comfortable reviewing technical written content.
Nice to Have
- Graduate degree in Soil Science, Hydrology, or related field.
- Experience with field assessments or conservation planning tools.
- Familiarity with AI or content evaluation workflows.
