Job Title: Software / Web Development Manager

Shift schedule: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (Fully onsite with no remote/hybrid option)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications (frontend + backend).

• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications.

• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of developers

Technical Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages or frameworks such as JavaScript (React/Angular/Vue), Node.js, Java, Python, or similar

• Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP

• Experience with APIs, microservices, and Agile methodologies
