Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver training modules on foundational technologies, including front-end development, back-end APIs, databases, and basic data processing concepts
Design practical assignments and projects that reinforce key technical concepts.
Stay updated with emerging technologies to maintain relevant training materials.
Mentor trainees in database design, CI/CD workflows, and basic big data concepts such as Hadoop or HDFS.
Work with senior trainers and organizational stakeholders to assess training needs and align content with team objectives.
Collaborate with peers to enhance training strategies and ensure a consistent learning experience.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Stay adaptable and integrate new technical concepts into the curriculum as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in a programming language such as Java, C#, or Python.
Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
35 years of professional experience in software development.
Understanding of SDLC and real-world implementation of software projects.
Exposure to big data tools like Hadoop, HDFS, or Spark.
Ability to mentor junior trainees and facilitate collaborative learning environments.
Familiarity with energy/power domain concepts (optional).
Salary Range: 7LPA to 12LPA
