Position: Technical Trainer

ROLE SUMMARY (IMPORTANT TO AVOID CONFUSION)

We are hiring Technical Trainers to train students in real-time practical IT courses at IDM TechPark, Coimbatore.

This is a TRAINER role, not a trainee or internship role.

Candidates must be strong in at least ONE technology and capable of handling live student training.

COURSES WE TRAIN (Any One Is Enough)

Candidate must be very strong in at least one of the below:

* Java with SQL / Java Full Stack

* Python with MySQL / Python Full Stack

* MERN Stack

* Data Analytics

* Data Science

* AWS

* UI/UX

You are NOT expected to know all courses.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

* Experience:* Minimum 2 years preferred

* Strong freshers with excellent practical skills are also welcome

* Ability to explain concepts clearly

* Strong hands-on practical knowledge

* Passion for teaching & mentoring students

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Conduct practical-oriented training sessions

* Guide students through real-time examples & exercises

* Handle 1-to-1 and small batch training

* Support students with doubts & assignments

* Follow institute training standards and schedules

* Coordinate with academic team

WORK DETAILS

* Working Days: Monday to Saturday

* Weekly Off: Sunday

* Working Type: On-site only

* Job Location: Coimbatore

SALARY & AGREEMENT

* Salary Range: 15,000 20,000 per month

* Agreement: 1-Year Service Agreement (Mandatory)
