Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Trainer based in Coimbatore. The Software Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality software training sessions, developing instructional materials, and guiding students in mastering technical skills. Key responsibilities include planning and executing training programs, supporting learners progress, and collaborating with the curriculum development team to enhance course content.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Computer Software Training and Training methodologies.
- Proficiency in Software Development and an ability to simplify technical concepts for learners.
- Excellent Communication and Instructional Design skills to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a learner-centric approach.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or facilitating technical content is an asset.
- Must have knowledge in JAVA/Python/PHP/C/C++
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
