Job Description
We are looking for a Product Trainer to deliver effective training on our HRMS / CRM software to internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR or CRM processes, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for users of all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions for clients, implementation teams, sales, and support staff
- Deliver online and in-person training, demos, and workshops
- Understand client requirements and explain HRMS / CRM features, workflows, and best practices
- Create and maintain training materials, user guides, manuals, FAQs, and videos
- Support client onboarding and post-implementation training
- Coordinate with product, implementation, and support teams to stay updated on new features
- Handle trainee queries and provide continuous learning support
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements to training content and product usability
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR/IT preferred)
- Basic to good understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Recruitment) or CRM processes (Leads, Sales Pipeline, Customer Management)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain software concepts in a simple and structured manner
- Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and online training tools
- Willingness to learn new product features quickly
Preferred Skills
- Experience in HRMS or CRM product training or implementation
- Knowledge of LMS tools or training documentation tools
- Prior experience in client-facing roles
- Familiarity with SaaS-based applications
