We are seeking a Software Testing professional to join our dynamic team in India. This role is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in software quality assurance and testing.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing as needed.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software quality and testing processes.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports for stakeholder review.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA or TestRail is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
