Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java automation, Selenium, API testing, and BDD frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable automation frameworks and integrating test automation within CI/CD environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver

• Perform API automation testing using Rest Assured and Postman

• Design and execute BDD-based test scenarios using Cucumber

• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA best practices

• Mentor junior QA team members when required

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Selenium automation

• Strong experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber

• Hands-on experience in API automation testing using Rest Assured

• Good understanding of REST APIs and Postman

• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines

• Hands-on experience with Git version control

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with JMeter or LoadRunner

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments

• Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools

• Hybrid role based in Trivandrum, Kerala
