Job Title: Software Testing Senior Associate (Test Automation & Full Stack Java)

Position Overview
We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer with strong expertise in test automation and a keen interest in transitioning into a Full Stack Java role. Initially, the role will focus on building and strengthening automated testing for a key product module. Over time, the candidate will gradually take on responsibilities in full stack development, contributing to both backend services and frontend integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1 Test Automation Focus
- Lead automation efforts for a critical module using Playwright and Java.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure high-quality releases.
- Build and maintain a scalable automation test framework.
Phase 2 Full Stack Development Growth
- Gradually transition into a Full Stack Java role.
- Contribute to backend service development and support frontend integrations.
- Participate in feature development and system improvements.
General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
- Maintain and enhance the existing test framework using TestNG, JUnit, and Gradle.
- Identify, document, and track defects while working closely with developers to resolve them.
Required Skills
- 36 years of experience in software development or test automation.
- Strong experience with Playwright for web automation.
- Proficiency in Core Java (OOPs concepts, Collections, Multithreading).
- Hands-on experience with TestNG and JUnit testing frameworks.
- Experience using Gradle for build and project management.
- Solid understanding of software testing and automation practices.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Java Full Stack development.
- Familiarity with Cloud environments (GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or relational databases.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
