Role Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented and enthusiastic fresh graduates to join us as Software Testers. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation tools while working on live projects with an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and software applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues in software systems.
- Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Execute test cases and analyze test results.
- Learn and implement testing methodologies and best practices.
- Work with tools and frameworks like Selenium, JIRA, or TestNG.
Required Qualifications:
- B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of software development and testing concepts.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing, automation testing, and SDLC/STLC.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or Postman is a plus.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
