About the Role

AQM Technologies is looking for a skilled Manual Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and Banking Collections / Credit Collections / Debt Collections modules.

The ideal candidate must have worked directly on Collections projects such as delinquency, follow-up strategies, DPD bucket movement, recovery and settlement flows, allocation rules, and borrower journey testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual & Functional Testing for LOS, LMS & Collections modules
• Prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Data
• Perform ST, SIT, UAT, Regression & Retesting
• End-to-end testing of Collections flows:
• Delinquency identification
• DPD bucket movement
• Reminder & follow-up workflows
• Field collections & recovery
• Allocation rules, settlement handling
• Validate Borrower journey: delinquency follow-up recovery closure
• SQL-based data validation
• Mobile app testing for Collections
• Defect logging & tracking using JIRA
• Coordination with Development, Product & QA Teams
• Ensure complete test coverage & quality delivery

Required Skills

• Must have: Hands-on experience in Collections / Credit Collection / Debt Collection modules
• Experience in LOS & LMS modules
• Strong Manual Testing background
• Banking / BFSI domain experience is mandatory
• SQL knowledge for backend validation
• Experience in JIRA & Agile methodology
• Exposure to mobile app testing (Android/iOS) is desirable
