About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Quality Analyst with
3+ years of experience in
Manual and Automation Testing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing test strategies, executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Experience working in Agile environments and testing web-based SaaS applications is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform Manual Testing for web and SaaS applications.
- Develop and maintain Automation Test Scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
- Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, API, and Cross-browser Testing.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using Jira or other bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and QA reviews.
- Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC and STLC.
- Generate test execution reports and provide quality metrics.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress
- Experience in API Testing using Postman.
- Good knowledge of SQL for database validation.
- Experience with Jira, TestRail, or similar QA management tools.
- Strong understanding of Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Functional, and Integration Testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing SaaS or B2B applications.
- Knowledge of Performance Testing tools like JMeter is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of Git version control.
- ISTQB Certification is a plus.
