Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to identify, analyze, and review design needs and requirements for estimating testing scope and schedule.
- Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, including test plans and functional test cases, in accordance with project requirements.
- Conduct functional test execution and manage defect tracking.
- Collect and report testing progress and metrics to stakeholders.
- Adopt, execute, and champion the company's software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
