We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented QA Tester specializing in ETL Testing with a strong focus on Automation to join our dynamic team at KPI Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our ETL processes through the development and execution of automated tests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for ETL processes.

- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and move data across various systems.

- Validate data integrity and perform thorough testing of ETL pipelines to ensure accurate data transformation and loading.

- Identify, document, and track defects in a structured manner, providing clear information on the issues.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing strategies.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve testing quality and processes.

- Continuously improve testing frameworks and processes to enhance testing efficiency.

- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in ETL Testing with a focus on data quality and accuracy.

- Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.

- Experience with SQL and database management systems for data validation.

- Familiarity with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar platforms.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
