Job Summary

We are looking for a strong ETL Test Automation Engineer with 6–10 years of experience in ETL/Data Testing, SQL, Python-based automation frameworks, and regression testing. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing, with a focus on building and maintaining automated test frameworks for data and ETL pipelines.

Required Skills

• 6–10+ years of QA/Test Automation experience, with strong experience in ETL/Data Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and database testing.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience developing or working with Python-based test automation frameworks such as PyTest, Robot Framework, or similar.
• Strong experience in Automation Testing and Regression Testing.
• Good understanding of ETL processes, data pipelines, data transformation, and data validation.
• Strong experience in Manual Testing concepts and QA processes.
• Experience in developing reusable automation scripts/framework components.
• Good understanding of API/Integration Testing is an advantage.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jenkins/Azure DevOps or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to AI/GenAI-assisted testing or AI-based test automation.
• Experience using AI tools to generate test cases, improve automation coverage, or analyze test failures.
• Experience with Cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake, or other modern data technologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
