We are hiring for one of the medical technology companies in the Hyderabad location.

Position: Software Test Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 12 - 16 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and procedures for product development and integration.
• Lead and mentor test engineers; promote software testing best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams (developers, product owners, scrum masters).
• Design and execute manual and automated tests for web, mobile, and iOS applications.
• Support debugging, defect resolution, and ensure high product quality.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test design, and results.
• Prepare detailed test documentation (plans, reports, and procedures).
• Work with DevOps tools for continuous integration and quality improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong in software testing, debugging, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in C/C++, C#, .NET, Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Experience with REST APIs, Azure DevOps, Git, Visual Studio, CI/CD.
• Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, healthcare, aerospace).
• Knowledge of AI testing tools and configuration management systems.
• Strong leadership, adaptability, and quality focus.
