Software Test Engineer – Manual & Automation Testing

Job Description:

We are seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications through comprehensive testing activities. The role involves working closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify issues and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute test cases based on business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Report, track, and verify defects using Jira.
• Conduct API testing using Postman.
• Validate application data using SQL queries.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Assist in automation testing activities using Selenium and Java.
• Prepare test execution reports and maintain test documentation.
• Support production deployments and post-release validations.
