Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience within a Software Testing organization
- Hands-on experience with test management tools
- (Quality Center, Azure DevOps Test Manager, Jama, or similar)
- Strong experience with automation tools
- (Selenium, Cypress, Azure Playwright)
- Experience testing cloud-based / SaaS platforms
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies
- Solid background in regression test strategy and planning
- Strong experience writing test automation scripts
- Actual coding experience in:
- C# (.NET)
- JavaScript / TypeScript (React)
Nice to Have
- Deep understanding of mocking frameworks and testing principles
- Passion for teaching others how to write effective tests
- Regulated industry experience is a MUST
- (Medical / healthcare strongly preferred)
