Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with strong emphasis on test automation.
- Proven experience testing mobile applications as a Software Test Engineer.
- Hands-on expertise in test automation tools such as Appium (preferred), Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and lead.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
- Validate functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.
- Ensure products meet defined technical and functional requirements.
- Analyze workflows, document test results, and recommend quality improvements.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve defects.
- Review and enhance test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: An individual contributor with responsibility in our technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering R&D, systems or initiatives related to new technologies or therapies – from design to implementation - while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills.
