Software Test Engineer (Healthcare APP)
Required Skills
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in Manual & Automation testing in preferably in medical or healthcare technology/domain.
- Solid hands-on experience in Mobile APP testing (Android & iOS).
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI testing, AI prompt engineering, AI agent development.
- Conduct thorough API testing using tools like GraphQL, Postman.
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect life cycle.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate product functionality.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Document test processes, test plans, and test case results.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Develop and enhance QA tools, applications, or processes to improve overall test efficiency.
- Testing experience on APP / Web Applications is required.
- Collaborate with the development team, Project Manager, to identify and resolve bugs and performance issues and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Analyse test results and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure the overall quality of the product by identifying gaps and improvement areas.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Regularly publish statistical reports on defects, test progress, and product quality to all stakeholders.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend/frontend testing.
- Ability to identify issues proactively and create a roadmap for resolving them in collaboration with other teams.
- Perform comprehensive testing to verify that the product addresses real-world user problems.
- Gain a deep understanding of the end-user needs and pain points to ensure the product meets both business and customer expectations.
- Continuously identify ways to optimize the testing cycle through automation and process improvements.
- Possess strong passion for building high-quality software products and ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Knowledge of basic SQL.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript programming language to create automated tests, frameworks, and other tools will be a huge Plus.
- Experience of testing data models would be an added plus.
Nice to have
- Exposure to chatbot testing, requirement analysis
- Familiarity with automation tools like Appium/Selenium (Huge Plus but not mandatory).

Education
- Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical engineering, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
