Job Responsibilities:
. Specializes in automating test cases for components of a system, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility across different modules to deliver a cohesive and robust software solution.
. Creates and maintains automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks and tools, helping to streamline repetitive testing tasks and improve efficiency in detecting defects and ensuring software quality.
. Develops comprehensive test automation outlining the scope, objectives, resources, and schedule for testing activities, ensuring alignment with project requirements and goals to facilitate effective testing processes and outcomes.
. Develops detailed test case automation based on software requirements and specifications, execute these tests, and meticulously document the results to ensure thorough coverage and accuracy.
. Applies analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests efficiently, exercising judgment within defined procedures/practices to determine appropriate action.
. Works closely with software developers and other stakeholders to understand the software design, functionality, and requirements, ensuring effective test automation planning and execution.

. Develop and run reliability, performance and load test automation scripts.

. Analise test automation results and CI/CD results and makes the script changes or log defects on application based on the failure.
. Establishes, configures, and manages automation environments meticulously to ensure they replicate production settings, facilitating accurate and reliable testing outcomes that mirror real-world scenarios.
. Executes a comprehensive range of both manual and automated test cases with precision, ensuring all test activities are conducted accurately and efficiently while meticulously documenting results for thorough analysis and reporting.
. Conducts root cause analysis on identified defects to discern underlying issues effectively, collaborating closely with development teams to implement corrective actions promptly and prevent recurrence, thereby enhancing overall software quality and stability.
. Evaluates and refines testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness, driving continuous improvement within the testing team.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology OR Vocational Education in Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:

. B.E in Computer Science / Information Technology or MCA with Bachelors in Science (Comp Sc or Electronics)

. 6 + years of experience with test automation and good understanding of test automation tools, frameworks and automation best practices

. Strong expertise in at least one SW language preferably on C#, C++ or .Net.

. Strong expertise and experience in building test automation framework, reporting and scripts preferably in the Imaging domain of Healthcare

. Ability to maintain large test automation frameworks.

. Run test automation scripts and resolve the issues

. Understanding of the reporting flameworks and integration of automation results to various lifecycle management tools.

. Worked on building automation dashboards.

. Proven track record of delivery and commitment on automation

. Strong verbal and written communication skills

. Be able to work effectively with globally teams
