Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Support Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Software Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support to users, assisting with software issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role includes managing software updates, offering training to end-users, and collaborating with the sales team to address customer needs. Additionally, the executive will work closely with the development team to relay user feedback and contribute to software improvements.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Software Development and Programming
• Experience with Databases and troubleshooting
• Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in accounting software support is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
