The Role
We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated Software Senior Engineer with proven hands-on experience designing and implementing complex React based enterprise applications and excellent debugging skills. You will be joining a top-notch, highly motivated team of developers who thrive on collaboration, open communication, tackling complex defects, and making an impact.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, deploy & support features for Archer product using Microsoft Stack
- Develop software application features that adheres to designed to support Business and Customer Requirements
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, user experience, and QA to deliver well thought out, high quality features
- Generate documentation, including functional and technical specifications
- Perform code, design, and unit test reviews
You'll Thrive Here If You Have
- 7+ years hands-on experience with Web Application Development
- Hands on expertise with building applications/features using C#, .NET Framework, or .NET Core
- Good experience with SQL Server and backend Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and ETL processes.
- Must be a quick learner and should keep pace with technologies
- Good understanding of Restful Service and API Development
- Analyze and improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and data processing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving application logic, data quality, and database performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design reviews.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Experience with Cloud - AWS
- Good understanding of OOAD, Design Patterns
- Good Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
Even Better If You Have
- Experience in debugging complex defects
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript or React or Anuglar, AJAX
- Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
