Software Senior Developer

• PMP and Scrum Master certified candidates preferred
• Should have Project management experience for more than 4 years
• Should have lead team of size more than 15 people
• Should have People management experience, Should be able to state clear goals to team, access the performance and provide effective feedback
• Should be aware of different project execution technique Agile, Waterfall method, CI-CD/Scrum/SAFe, use of tools like Jira, git, clearcase etc
• Should have lead team and delivered multiple project in parallel
• Should be able to guide team technically and process wise
• Should have worked with cross cultural teams and across different team in the organisation
• Hands on Experience in Software design, development in RAN products/features in CUHands on experience of one or more of

• RRM
• OAM
• PDCP
• NG-AP
• NG-U
• SDAP
• X2AP

• F1AP
• Good knowledge on ORAN interfacesShould have experience on C/C, Software design, development
• Design and implementation experience on SA, NSA and NR-DC, CA features
• Hands on experience on different test tools, simulators- should be able to script test cases using various scripts
• Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items
• Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team
• Candidates with B.Tech/ M.Tech in CSC/ ECE or allied stream
