We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth initiatives.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills who can work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver value-driven solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, qualify, and manage new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to maximise customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with business solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer engagement.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives and business expansion strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue generation and customer success.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C technology sales.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, ERP, PropTech, Real Estate Technology.
  • Experience in account management and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead generation tools.
