Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Software Sales Manager specializing in SaaS and POS solutions. The Software Sales Manager will be responsible for driving software sales, managing a sales pipeline, building and maintaining client relationships, and crafting effective sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include leading sales teams, negotiating terms of service, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Sales and Sales, with a strong understanding of SaaS and POS solutions
- Experience in Sales Management and the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Skilled in Negotiation and fostering client relationships
- Commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service
- Proficiency in CRM tools and an understanding of ERP integration is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Relevant bachelor's degree; additional certifications in sales or software solutions are advantageous
