Role Description

This is a full-time Software Sales Manager role, based onsite in Jaipur. The role involves engaging with clients to provide tailored CAD, CAM, and PLM software solutions. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, nurturing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The selected candidate will be a key driver of revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Software Sales and general Sales practices
• Strong skills in Sales Management and Customer Service
• Excellent abilities in Negotiation and business communication
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in CAD, CAM, and PLM software is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related sales role
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
