JOB DESCRIPTION
· Familiarize with the Low Code Application development platform
· Deliver captivating product demonstrations to leads, prospects and customers.
· Provide support for Presales activities, POCs etc. and convert prospects to customers. Identifying opportunities for business development by following-up on leads.
· Coordinate and deliver webinars to organizations around the globe. Maintain excellent relationships with customers to ensure retention.
· Create new sales partners and carve out meaningful relationships with partner organizations. Craft business proposals and contracts to draw-in more revenue from customers.
· Gather customer feedback and suggest upgrades or added features to the product.
· Create comprehensive case study documents and other relevant marketing collateral.
SKILLS
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
· Excellent networking skills.
· Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Time management and organizational skills.
