Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Software Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, schedule product demonstrations, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and generated leads.
  • Introduce company software products and explain their benefits.
  • Identify customer requirements and business challenges.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule online/offline product demonstrations.
  • Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, software sales, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP, CRM, Hospital Management Software (HMS), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), or Healthcare IT solutions.
  • Experience in lead generation and appointment scheduling.
